Princeton Capital Associates

Trusted Advisory Services for Credit Unions and Non-Profit Organizations

Princeton Capital Associates was founded on the belief that executive compensation and benefit programs should support organizational objectives, leadership continuity, and sound governance.

For more than 40 years, the firm's leadership has worked with non-profit organizations, with over 25 years dedicated to serving the credit union industry. During that time, Princeton Capital Associates has helped organizations evaluate, implement, oversee, and maintain executive benefit and deferred compensation programs designed to support leadership retention and long-term organizational success.

Today, the firm's focus extends beyond program implementation to include advisory and consulting services that help leadership teams, boards of directors, and compensation committees strengthen governance, improve oversight, and ensure executive compensation programs remain aligned with organizational goals.
